bad news: I haven’t been blogging about my shit for awhile. Keep forgetting.
Good news: habits have been solid. haven’t REALLY cheated on the pizza fast (except when i had one slice when i was super wasted and forgot about my no pizza rule :-\) …and i’ve been working out most every day. Need to do better though! Need to blog!
Can anyone recommend a good heart rate monitor?? Looking for the best one!
my day: Day 26 of shred/pizza strike.
ate a piece of PB toast
1 hour of interval training
ate 2 some eggs and (8) slices :-\ of turkey bacon
work 2-11pm
lunch: ate 2 lean pockets
dinner: ate vegetarian ethiopian food. veggie dishes with lots of injera. could be worse.
Took Bootcamp with Jason B. @ Cheetah Gym Edgewater today.
Enjoyed the class a lot, lots of jumping jacks, lots of calves, lots of Muy Thai stuff. I’ve never thrown so many elbows :)
Then went home and napped a little bit. Then went to the dentist and found out I have 3 cavities, 3 wisdom teeth that need to come out, and one tooth that may need a root canal.
Work 2-11pm @ gym.
Breakfast: nothing
Lunch: Footlong chicken on wheat from Subway. with the cucumber sauce :-\ creamy :-\
Dinner: Footlong turkey brst from Subway. with yellow mustard. n’bad.

Day 19 of 40 day shred and pizza strike.
ate 4 salads today, and 2 eggs. hard-boiled.
drank 2 cups of coffee and 3 liters of wawa.
slept in WAY TOO LATE! Change schedule now. So close to becoming an early-riser. c’mon!
no workout - because i slept in - because i stayed up late watching a movie in bed

Up at 8:30am
Brian and I took HOT BOD with Daniela (welcome back, and thanks for absolutely kicking our asses!)
Got home & went for a 2 MILE RUN
homemade protein shake and 2 hard-boiled eggs. protein protein too much protein?
biked to work (2-11pm)
ate turkey panini with (fries) for dinner :-\
first time having fries since February. weird. over a month! haven’t even been craving stuff like that as much lately. Things are starting to feel different!
2 eggs on toast for brunchtime
bowl of brown rice w. low sodium soy sauce for lunch

protein bar, pop-tarts, hard-boiled egg for second dinner.
